Cakes are booked on a first-come, first-served basis. To ensure that each cake receives the meticulous attention it deserves, I accept a limited number of orders each week. Please secure your date as early as possible to guarantee availability.

Last-Minute Cake? No Problem!

If you find yourself in need of a cake at the last minute, don't hesitate to reach out. I will do my best to accommodate your request, because it never hurts to ask!

Please fill out the inquiry form with as much detail as possible. I will respond within 48 hours. If your date is available, I will gather all your preferences and provide a confirmation that includes the design, flavor, terms, final price, and other details.

To secure your date, a 50% non-refundable retainer fee is required. The remaining balance is due two weeks before the scheduled delivery or pick-up. For orders placed within three weeks of the event date, full payment is required at the time of invoicing.

If you need to cancel your custom cake order, please note that cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled date will result in the forfeiture of the 50% non-refundable deposit, while cancellations within 14 days will result in the forfeiture of the full amount paid.

In the event that we are unable to fulfill your order on the agreed date due to unforeseen circumstances such as illness, accident, injury, or bereavement, we will attempt to find an alternative company to complete the order. If no alternative cake designer can be arranged, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

Due to Virginia Cottage Food Law, I am unable to ship my products. However, I do offer hand delivery.

I provide free delivery for orders within 20 minutes of my location. For locations beyond that, a delivery fee based on mileage applies, with a minimum charge of $50. Please refer to the map for details on delivery areas.

After you place your order, I will contact you directly to arrange a local pickup in Purcellville, VA. When picking up the cake, please place it on the floor or any flat surface in your car, avoiding placing it on your lap or seat. Be mindful of the cake during transit: drive slowly and avoid sharp turns or sudden braking to ensure the cake remains in good condition.
