I believe the taste of a cake is just as important as its design. That’s why I focus on using quality ingredients from trusted sources. My cakes feature Belgian chocolate, Madagascan vanilla, free-range farm eggs, and seasonal fruits from local farms. I make everything from scratch, including preserves, syrups, caramel, dulce de leche, and nut pralines. Each cake is finished with either white or dark chocolate ganache, with buttercream available on request.
